Example output: from messy notes to a sendable follow-up¶
This is what the meeting playbook produces. Notes go in; decisions, to-dos with owners, open questions, and a draft message come out. Nothing gets guessed: missing owners stay "unassigned" and missing dates stay "no date."
The inputs (a sample scenario)
The meeting below is a written-for-this-demo sample: a website kickoff between a freelance designer and a landscaping company. The notes are deliberately messy, because real notes are. Asked for: follow-up to the client, friendly but professional. Leave out: the comment about the old developer. Everything below the line is the playbook's actual output for those inputs.

Decisions¶
- Launch target is April 1 at the latest, ahead of the spring rush.

Open questions¶
- When is the homepage mockup due? The notes say "by ???" so the follow-up asks instead of guessing.
- Does GreenLine need analytics access set up as part of this project? The notes mention it as a past problem but no one assigned it.

Hi Dana,
Great kicking things off today. Here's what we agreed, so we're working from the same page:
We're building three pages to start (home, services, contact), with a request-a-quote form instead of listed prices. You keep the domain and I'll handle hosting. The photo gallery waits until summer, and our launch target is April 1 at the latest.
Next steps: I'll send the contract and deposit invoice. On your side, the deposit is set for this week, plus the registrar login whenever you get a minute. Marco is taking fresh photos on jobs this month.

Why this output is trustworthy¶
Every item traces to the notes. The mockup deadline was missing, so the draft asks instead of inventing one. The sensitive remark about the old developer stayed out, exactly as requested, while the unassigned analytics question was surfaced rather than silently dropped.
